I love having a subscription to this roast! I get a notification when it’s ready and when I pick it up, the bag is still warm from roasting! The blend is perfect for those trying to limit their caffeine, but still have a well crafted, delicious coffee that gives a great morning boost. I used to try several different local roasters, including other half caff blends. Once I started drinking my coffee black, it was clear that this was the smoothest, most balanced, delicious roast you can find locally. I would say that goes for all of their roasts.
